So here is the weird issue I'm getting, forgive me if this is simple stuff but google has not been my friend and I don't know where else to look. I'm working on a video project - one I can't really quite disclose - and as you can see Vegas 12 is showing the entire media bar as this one giant hideous gray artifact that just shows weird glitches every now and then when the screen moves. However, as noted by VLC up in the side, playing the video produces none of these effects. The audio is working just fine, and everything else is in order but the video. Is there any immediate indication as to what I'm doing wrong? Or do I need to get better at what I'm doing because I'm missing something very obvious. Perhaps it recorded wrong? If so, how am I able to play it just fine utilizing other programs?

P.S. I'm using OBS to record the screen and then trying to load it up in Vegas. This has worked for other videos under the same settings, and is the first time this has happened. I'd like to use this footage and would prefer not to redo it as what I'm doing requires improv, haha.
