What's the difference between a LUT and a LOOK in Vegas Pro?

Hi all,

Trying to figure out the difference between an "AUTO LOOK" and a "LUT" in Vegas Pro 18. Also, I know how to find and add additional LUTS, but is there a way to add "AUTO LOOKS" to the list in Vegas. If there is, has anyone found a source for such LOOKS?

I would prefer to use AUTOLOOKS instead of LUTS, as it's much quicker to just click on the various LOOKS, once AUTOLOOKS is open. With LUTS, it seems to require more steps.

I see that Vegasaur sells "LOOKS." Will they appear in extension or will they also appear in AUTOLOOKS? Anyone else sell "LOOKS?"

Thank you,

Len

AUTO LOOK is a LUT FX which can only use 21 LUTs make by VEGAS developers. These LUTs is in : C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 18.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins\Vfx1.ofx.bundle\Contents\Resources\AutoLooks . AUTO LOOK can't reconize other LUTs.

Vegasaur's LOOKS is actually plugin preset packs. It contain secondary correction, HSL adjust, and other FXs to do correction look.

If you have purchased Magic Bullet Looks, You can search "mbl preset" or "Magic Bullet Looks preset" in youtube. People share their thousands of Magic Bullet Looks presets there.
