You can send it in your every new post.
The point is not where to send it, but to list the specific steps to reproduce the bug.
Developers don't always know the reasons for bugs. So they need to specify the steps of reproduction so that they can solve the bug by trying their luck again and again.

ok thanks.. actually i ask it because sometime someone just ask me to go to some common thread for some specific issue like new features or bugs then add ur inquiries there.
