@RogerS Sorry, just not true. I am running V19 Pro on a Core 2 Quad Q9650 CPU with a Geforce GT730 with 8gig ram. The age of the OP's hardware is not the issue.
It could be a hardware problem, but not because it is old.
When I click on full screen its only show a blank white screen. Tried changing resolutions and preview qualities and all
@HasanKhurshid29 What do you mean by click on full screen? "Full preview" or on "External Monitor" ? Show also your settings at Options/Preferences/ Video.

@DMT3 Minimum recommended specs are 6th generation Intel (not 2nd) and GeForce (9XX). The older GPUs either have too little VRAM or too old drivers (or both) to work with current Vegas features which is why the hardware recommended minimums increased between Vegas 17 and 18/19. There were recent bugfixes so that older non-supported iGPUs didn't give errors in Vegas, but we're not talking second generation. https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/specifications/
I assume in this case the ancient NVIDIA card isn't found and only the iGPU is in use. I also see in the screenshot hardware acceleration is set to off on preferences/video. If that's the only option, it is due to the GPU age.
@HasanKhurshid29 When you click on "display adapter" in preferences/preview device are there more than one device listed? When you press "identify displays" are numbers shown on both? I would try to "default all" as I'm not sure why everything is checked here. If one display is physically connected to the NVIDIA GPU it may not be visible in Vegas because the card itself isn't recognized. Try changing the display from one to the other (2 instead of one) and see if the fullscreen preview works on either screen.
Under preferences/display you can also try checking and unchecking "use high DPI scaling" and alternative highDPI settings if it helps, especially if the screens are of different resolutions.
In internal preferences, mine is also blank for "video preview full screen device" and it does work.
I bought an extra copy of Vegas 18 during one of the Magix "Buy Vegas 18 and we'll give you Vegas 19 when it comes out sales". My rationale was that I would use Vegas 18 on all four of my machines. When I added Vegas 18 to my media server (i7-3770(K)/HD4000), it "performed" so poorly that I removed it and gave the license to a friend who is just beginning to make music videos as he approaches 80.
Interpret my anecdote any way you want, but I get real weary, real quick when I push on a rope.
@HasanKhurshid29 Thanks for the info I asked for. It tells me that you can update your driverversion for the Intel Graphic. You are using version 9.17.10.4229. The latest version that can be downloaded is version 15.28.24.2449 (although not supported anymore) on the Intel site.
@RogerS I know what the specs are. What I am saying is I am running V19 successfully on the hardware I mentioned. I may not be getting access to some unique features, but apparently I don't need them. I can preview full screen or on an external device (blackmagic video card).

How did you find out that this is the latest driver? Because I search this version on Google it shows no result so where I can find it
The settings were tweaked by me in preview device but on default settings also it do the same. Also I don't have any nvidia card installed. I am only using integrated graphics.
