Win7 Jump Lists

Not a big deal but I really like Win7 jump lists. Vegas 8 32bit and Vegas 10 64 bit have them. But Vegas 10 32 bit doesn't! Does anyone have any idea why or how to get it there?

The reason I use 32 bit is because Raylight doesn't work in 64.

•You can also drag a file icon or a shortcut from the Start menu or the desktop to the taskbar. This pins the item to the Jump List and also pins the program to the taskbar, if it isn't pinned already."

Thanks John,
But I still can't get Vegas 10 32 bit to have jump lists. I think it may have something to do with how the default programs is set up, I'll mess with it this morning and see what happens.
