Window goes black

I have probably similar problém like Jay-S. Vegas Pro 20. Some Window goes black during editing and rendering. For more demanding projects, the program is slowed down and cuts quickly. I tried re-installing Vegas many times, turning off gpu acceleration, installing the vegas driver, uninstalling other drivers. Win 10, NVIDIA Quadro K5200, CPU 2,6G, 32GB DDR3. Please help me. Thanks very much!

You raised the same issue a month ago in https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/chopping--137436/ but didn't respond to the request by jetdv for more information. So please provide details about the media that you are using. Please refer to Section C in https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/important-information-required-to-help-you--110457/ for additional information that would be useful for you to provide particularly at point 1 for a MediaInfo report of a sample of your media. At point 1, follow the link for more information about MediaInfo and how to obtain the app (it's free).

Also, please provide more information about your CPU such as is it an i3-????, i5-???? or i7-???? If it is of the same age as the rather old GPU (released over 8 years ago), it may be that your computer is just not up to the task of handling Vegas Pro 20. Thank you Dexcon, I shoot in mp4 fullHD, 50p, sometimes I cut MOV 30p from customers, CPU Intel Xeon E5-2670. I've been using Vegas for about 10 years now. I went through the info-forum again and found a solution to my problem, although it is not exactly described there. Setting I/O Hardware decoder to use to off in the preferences/file seems to have helped. It's been going well since then. Best!
