AAARRRGHHH!!! I would have never bought this product if I new I was goin to have this problem. . ...It wont play MP3s. I inquired a bout additional activation, and I do not need any. PLEASE HELP!!!
MP3s are playing perfectly well on my VP15; in fact, I can't recall ever having a problem playing MP3s in VP over many years. There must be something specific to your setup and/or MP3 files that prevents them playing on your VP.

as you will need to provide much more information about your system and the MPs files (especially via MediaInfo) in order for others on the forum to help identify the problem.
I really hate this program. . . . My mp3s wont work either. Also can NOT find a fix to my rendering being stuck every time now!!!!!!!
Should be no issue...
try uninstall and reinstall.. and then try reactivate all required components.
