WOT: Brain test for editors?

rs170a wrote on 1/26/2009, 10:38 AM
I came across this brainteaser on another forum and am submitting it here if you have nothing better to do for a few minutes :-)
Instructions are as follows:
1. Click on START
2. There will be a countdown: 3, 2, 1
3. A series of single digit numbers will appear.
4. The numbers will be replaced by blank circles.
5. Click on the blank circles in numerical order, low to high.
6. At the end you will be assigned a Brain Age
7. Post your real age & "brain age" - and be honest about both!!

I'm 57 and my brain age was 35.

Mike

"5. Click on the blank circles in numerical order, low to high."

Hmmmmm.... how can a blank circle have a numerical value? Maybe I shouldn't take this test...

Does it assume that the younger the brain the better?

however it took me ages to realise (having clicked on the link and been presented with a page in japanese) that there was an explanation by mike in his original post!!!!

Am I one of the youngest on here?

28/31 was my age/score. I was always told that I was mature for my age... now I know why :)

What does this all mean?

Which is it? Old with a young stupid brain or Old with a young active mind?

Would say, 20 / 80 mean you've learnt everything there is to know at the age of 20 or that your an old fart? You know what they say, hire a teenager while they still know it all.
