youtube upload tab missing

Magix movie Studio 16 platinum.

Trying to upload youtube videos directly to find that the upload button tab is missing. Have I miss something please help as never been able to use This feature that I paid for.

Edit: this bug is fixed in VMS 17. I set my screen to 1366x768 and the Upload button is still there!
