Zooming Timeline - Is Mouse Scroll Rate Adjustable??

In Vegas Pro (16) when using the mouse-wheel to zoom in and out of the timeline, it zooms in and out too fast. The Windows and Logitech settings for the scroll-wheel seem to have zero affect over the zoom speed. Is this adjustable within Vegas Pro?
