  On a lot of commercial movie DVDs, you can rip the authentic 24p video from the disc, which is just flagged as 29.97i / 59.94i NTSC, taking away the motion stutter or cadence. I've got an example somewhere.

  I miss the point to resample with frame blending 240 fps to 60 fps. Deactivate resampling or directly record with 60 fps. The point is I get some really clean motion blur. So if I switch to 60 FPS I won't get the motion blur.
