Movie Studio 17 crashes at launch

Dear Vegas Users Does anyone experienced similar issue? I have recently upgraded from Movie Studio Platinum 16.0 to it's 17.0 version. Unfortunately app crashes on launch showing some file conflict. Any ideas how to fix it? Ps. Still running 16.0
