What do you mean exactly when you say you "upgraded from the Internet"? Was it a MAGIX/VEGAS online shop purchase?

The only serial number I have is for the Vegas Studio 6 from which I did the upgrade. Do you have records of my purchase I could access?

What kind of hardware do you use?
Processor, GPU, driverversions?
Does that hardware meets the specs for this program?

I do not have any hardware, processor, GPU, driver versions issues. I am only trying to reinstall the application. It has worked fine in the past.

That did you tell not earlier, but was that on VMS 6 or 17?
The latest has a lot of other demands.

No, I found my Vegas Movie Platinum 17 serial number and downloaded it. I not sure I can answer your questions?
