  @Andrew-Stevenson I have checked your 3 files. What I see here is, that the blocking is available in the original footage too. So if that is the case, why should it not be available in the rendered footage too? So that is nothing to blame Vegas,

  @Alberto-Sorrentino I think there's an Intel uhd620 in there... if so, make sure drivers for it are installed and if you can run the Intel Graphics Command Center, try and do the screen capture with that.
