  The VEGAS Capture app does not do well at capturing all screens. Did you get VEGAS Stream? It will capture your screen for you. Or you can use some other application such as OBS for that purpose.

  Be sure to select your video sources in the Video Capture Window. Look for the words "video sources" I've had no problems using Video Capture (screen capture) with Windows 10.
