RE: Happy Otter Scripts for Vegas Pro
Hi Jep, Thanks for the uploads. Somewhere, you have definitely applied a Computer RGB to Studio RGB Fx (or PC to TV in Avisynth language)--most likely in the Avisynth script that you are using. Here is your original clip. Notice in the scopes

RE: Happy Otter Scripts for Vegas Pro
@Jep "Can I ask what script RenderPlus uses when set to the Default Template?" Most HOS tools involving FFmpeg, Avisynth, and VirtualDub are command line driven. You can always see the actual command lines that are being used. For RenderPlus, such

RE: Happy Otter Scripts for Vegas Pro
@Jep The best way to test for render accuracy is to perform a test render and select add to timeline which you may have already done. Using Video Scopes, you can switch between the original and render. Alternatively, you can click on the 3D Source

RE: Vegas Pro 16 Visual errors in rendered video
@Mike_S I seem to be a bit late to this post? If not already suggested, I would make some changes to your project settings; untick "Adjust source media..." check box and disable resample. I would also check if the source media is actual 60fps or

RE: New Nvidia 20xx cards give improved NVENC quality & Open cl speed
Interesting. If you encode something for HDR footage, then you use the HEVC encoder in Vegas and other NLEs. At least at the moment. To bring in metadata for HDR takes place also in the HEVC encoder only. We have no AV1 implementation up to

RE: New Nvidia 20xx cards give improved NVENC quality & Open cl speed
The support for HEVC encoding will become more important in future. We need that. I don't know about that. there is this new codec Av1 that almost everybody agreed on in the industry. that would maybe mean a more shorter life to HEVC in the future

RE: 10-Bit Projects in VP?
"Exactly, it also refers to floating point precision, not the number of bits defining each pixel's color." I think it does describe the number of bits (per channel) defining each pixel's color, and I think the question in the original post comes

Quality virus protection @ritsmer and there may already be your problem. And the strange thing is, I don't have any of your stuff at all. I do have branded components, brands I trust for many years. You also didn't mentioned anything about a

RE: vegas2handbrake not working, handbrake doesn't work, video stays 0%
Actually I don't know why HandBrake does not start. If you use script versions which are modified to work in VP15 (which they are, else an error message would appear) and if you use batch files which are modified for the use of the current version
