  @Former user Yes I've used both Nvenc regular and Nvenc(new) on recordings. My capture and output resolution is 3840x1080 (one 1920 is my webcam, the other is my recording screen. No I can't replicate the fixes. It's move a transition 1-60 frames

    i wonder if Vegas Pro 19 Utilizes the IGPU the same way as Adobe Premiere or Davinci resolve. I found a screen capture I made a while ago comparing HEVC playback with Vegas and Premiere. It is a 120fps HEVC 422 being played back(No gpu decoder).
