RE: Color Correction in Vegas v.334
You have Vegas Pro, so learn to use your Histogram! It's one of your video scopes, and you paid plenty for them. Delivery levels for playback and streaming are 16-235 peak-to-peak. Adjust to suit your taste. We don't know if you posted screen shots

Lenard, you're showing a message for beginners in Simple Mode regarding NVENC, which I didn't mention, and is never lossless! And you're using it as a reason to talk down a completely different recommendation, one you obviously know little

Thanks all... I've read the thread on levels but it's quite a bit over my head... is this a feature that I can just turn on to help with color correction, and how do I do it? I'll grab some screen captures shortly.

RE: Vegas 17 build 452 video fx no longer work
OK, Now I see that when you click on the Split Screen View icon it turns blue and that disables the FX from showing, or shows the FX on just the left or right screen, etc. I guess that's new from VP13 that I used for years and can see that it can be

RE: Looking for advice transferring and editing Super 8mm film
Upscaling a video would look worse versus keeping the capturing, editing and rendering process in 4K. There is a large body of evidence that says this is incorrect. Hardware upscaling beats software upscaling. Now, let's try some fun facts. Super 8
