  VFR is more for streaming. it can adapt to complexity and bitrate. What I have seen is when bitrate dives for unexpected reason and there is not enough bitrate to sustain 30fps or 60fps, the VFR will instead reduce frame rate to maintain quality.

  How I got screen capture to work......
  Thought I'd post this even though I use the AMD utility which is very good. I run an AMD480 8 gig GPU and have an intel I7 CPU with 32 gig of ram. My "monitors" are a 50" 4K TV and a 28" wide view monitor (1080P). I could never get the Vegas SC to
