RE: Radeon 6870 / Build 425
Hi David Unfortunately I am still waiting for my NVidia card to arrive from Amazon; it was supposed to turn up on Friday but no sign. I notice that they sent it Royal Mail instead of Home Delivery Network, which probably explains the delay as in my

Today I upgraded to VP 11 and installed NewBlue titler pro as well. After few minutes I use New Blue titler pro I am getting the following error message and Vegas is crashing. Did a google on this error and noticed several Adobe PP users

RE: A Vegas tale with a happy ending.
I use a Philips 244E (1920x1080) as my primary screen, a Philips 192E (1366x768) as secondary screen dedicated for my Vegas Video Preview window/panel. In addition I have a Samsung LCD HD tv connected via a Blackmagic Intensity Pro card (HDMI) as

Vegas Pro 11 - Main Concept Render
Each time I try to render a standard 720X480 1hr. video to an MP4 format, Vegas crashes. Any suggestions as to how to get it to render. Tks, Jeff

RE: Vegas 11 64 bit - RESIST MORE!
I agree with the bugginess of Vegas 11 Pro 64bit and I think that not only V10 was a rip-off but V11 is even worse. V11 crashes even more often than Vegas 10, which wasn't that stable to begin with, either. Remember how GPU-acceleration was supposed

RE: NewBlue Titler not working without GPU support
Re turning off GPU support within VP11: I have been told by NewBlue support that "The Vegas GPU switch will make no difference to Titler. Titler uses it's own GPU methods". Whatever I do, NewBlue Titler Pro keeps crashing out after a few minutes

Radeon 6870 / Vegas Pro 11
Let me prefix this by saying that I love Vegas Pro. I evangelise it to anybody who'll listen (and others who won't!). That makes it all the more disappointing that having spent a large chunk of money and a large chunk of time installing a shiny new

RE: NewBlue Titler not working without GPU support
I have a Nvidia GTS 450 with latest drivers and the latest build of NewBlue Titler. It loads but crashes out when I try to do anything in the slightest bit demanding, such as preview transitions by holding cursor over the various transitions

VEGAS PRO 11 DOES NOT LOAD WITHOUT QT 7
I've been working with version 10.0e for awhile with no problems at all. Got the disk version of 11, installed it, completed the registration and it crashed at the flash screeen! I cannot get in to the program at all. I have to admit that that is

RE: 64 bit Vegas still a crasher
To be honest: I've used numerous video transcoding tools from other software vendors than Sony that have GPU assisted rendering and more. I've always had good results (one example is TMPGEnc's Video Mastering Works 5). Only program that's ever

RE: 64 bit Vegas still a crasher
Huge crashing issues here as well. Vegas Pro 11 is a big flop - why can't Sony fix the damn bugs in their software before releasing yet another "update" that we have to pay for? I'm seriously considering moving to a different video editing

V11Pro 64bit STABILIZE crashing and crashing
Not only was the new video stabilization in Vegas Pro 11 a real glitch in the workflow thanks to the fact that it doesn't create subclips anymore and you can only stabilize entire videos, but now I've found out that even when I try to make it work

RE: Trial Version of New Blue Pro Titler
I upgraded over the weekend. Haven't had much time to explore yet, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Vegas Pro 11 and NB Titler Pro function on my older, wimpy Dell 1420. Okay it's not super fast, but so far no errors or crashes . . .

RE: Vegas pro11 errors, crashes, and annoying problems
For me also there are problems with the shutdown of 64-bit Vegas 11pro during rendering, working on the project, and the mere setting of the video plugins. This is done suddenly, as if I closed the Vegas. During idle after about half an hour, it

In the spirit of helping - post systems that work
I'm not a frequent poster, but I am a frequent reader of the forum. It seems obvious that regardless of Sony's prior claims of Vegas being an "open hardware" editing solution, there are some configurations it loves and some it hates. I think with

I've been using Vegas since release 7, I build my own systems and crashes have been the exception, specifically Vegas. I've been using V11 since it became avaiable on 2 projects each +- 2hrs long. One consists of 100 mxf and 30 m2t video clips (it

I have the exact same troubles as you. This all happened in Version 10 as well but maybe not as much, anyway, I was waiting till 11 as I thought it might be all fixed.... BUT NO it's worse. I have never had Windows 7 64bit fall over before, it

RE: NewBlue Titler not working without GPU support
Your problem is "Intel". The Intel video processors do not work correctly. I wonder if this is why NewBlue Titler Pro CRASHES on my Mac/Windows 7 via Parallels 7? (2 x 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon) I was thinking it was my Video Cards: ATI Radeon HD
