  How you do the scrolling? If you are using track level motion, it is going to be blurry. But if you are using Event Pan & Crop, it should be sharp. (Don't forget to do right click on the box outline in the event pan & crop to match to output

  @Lentern You don't need separate keyframes for rotation and panning. Just slide along the Track Motion Timeline. The values will change based on the progress per frame. Just change the Y value, for example, and leave the rest of the values unchanged.
