I don't know your video converter but there should be an option to convert to 420 instead of 444. If you don't find any option for that in your software you may use a free ffmpeg GUI like Xmediarecode to encode your file to h264 mp4. In the video

Not sure Vegas can read mp4 AVC with ac3 audio, try aac instead. Remuxing TS file to m2ts with tsmuxer could work.

[Solved] Vegas Pro 14 MP3 Audio issues
I can not play any of my audio file in MP3 format. Works great with VP13. I notice that when I ask for the properties of the file in VP14 it say 44,100Hz Stero MPEG. In VP13 it shows 256Kbps, 44,100Hz MPEG Layer-3. VP 14 will not show the peaks

Your CPU has integrated RX Vega 8 with 8 cores. On the scale of computing performance, the 3200G is relatively low. You might try updating the graphics driver (the latest is 23.9.2), unless Windows did this automatically. There was a Windows update
