Runtime Error 216

Everytime I try to open VEGAS Movie Studio 14 Platinum it crashes at FL Studio VSTi(Multi) .dll and shows me a pop up showing Runtime Error 216. I've tried reinstalling and that didn't help Im not sure what to do to fix it.
