  @Phil_P, I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to do, but if I do understand, then what you might try is to include the two components as children to a control track. Then use the Parent Track Motion tool to manipulate your image.

  Personally I would use the Crop and PinP FX to do this. They are much simpler than the Event Pan/Crop and Track Motion tools. Just crop each of the four (or whatever the number) videos differently with the Crop FX and then move them around with PinP.

  I'm going to say yes. One way would be to have that video on the timeline 4 times. Use Pan/Crop to split it out into the different pieces, and then use Track Motion to move it up and down. You should be able to do this using the PIP effect as well.
