It's either the wrong serial number (different product code) or the e-mail address is different to the one used for registration (often a character or space was unintentionally added when registering). Error -14 usually relates to the e-mail

There is no way you were able to buy Vegas Pro 16 from Magix unless you bought it 6 years ago. Legally, they cannot even sell it now because of licensing agreements. A -14 error would indicate your serial number is for a different product.
