I have been a Korean user for over 10 years in Vegas.
Vegas is a tool that allows me to do various creative activities.

However, in recent years, some disadvantages of Vegas
It stresses me out and I leave a few things for improvement.

1. Protype Titler UI improvement
Protype Titler to complement the text function of Vegas
It is poorly designed and is not being updated.

Decorating and formatting related functions are divided into 6 categories.
In other words, the functions are not visible at a glance and the click movement is long.
If you change the subtitle color, change the font, and give a shadow
You need to click more than 3 times only to move the window.

Simplify the split windows like Photoshop's Character function.

2. Font
If there are many installed fonts, it will be skipped when you scroll down with the mouse wheel.
There is a way to scroll down with a mouse click to check all fonts.
It is inconvenient to move precisely.

3. The phenomenon of repeating Korean
This is a common inconvenience for Korean users.

Since the 17th version, the frequency has decreased, but there is a phenomenon that the same letters are repeated.
There is a way to put a space at the end of a sentence or write a new one, but it is inconvenient.

4. Protype Titler -> Background
This is a request for improvement of responsive subtitles such as YouTube subtitles using the Background function.
The left and right and top and bottom margins are very small, making it difficult to see.
I wish it was possible to set the margins.

The left and right margins can be created by using the Space key.
There is no way to solve the top and bottom margin problem.

5. Protype Titler -> Border Thickness
The max is too thin.
It seems like it can come out 5 times thicker than Max.
I am solving it with sapphire plugin etc.

6. Protype Titler -> Color, Gradient
Personally, I prefer the HSV method to color control more than the RGB method.
3 clicks wasted on changing to RGB each time.
I wish I could change it anywhere in the settings window.

7. Convert Legercy Text to Protype Titler
Converting a high-level function to a low-level function is problematic, but
Converting a sub-feature to a higher-level feature would be fine.

In my case, a subtitle file (.srt .txt) is automatically created by voice recognition through an external program and
Convert subtitle file (.srt) to Legercy Text using Addon called Vegasaur Toolkit.

At this time, it would be very convenient to be able to convert Legercy Text to a Protype Titler.

8. Add Preset Sort
The current preset sorting criteria are sorted by newest.
As I work, the presets grow more and more, and it is difficult to organize them.

9. Real-time video confirmation
If you try to check the results of your work in Vegas in real time,
Buffering may take place even in FHD environment.

PC Specifications
CPU - Ryzen 3900X
RAM - Samsung ddr4 3200Mhz 16G x2
SSD - 970evo
GPU - GTX 1080

I think my current specifications are sufficient.
When using multiple tracks at the same time or with effects
Severe buffering.

Although it was solved with the Build Dynamic RAM Preview function
I think the software problem is stronger than the hardware problem.
If this part can be improved, it will be possible to work more efficiently.

10. Add Media Generator Shortcut
If there are many works, it is difficult to turn them on one by one, but there is no shortcut for Media Generator.
Currently, using the macro function of the mouse,
Right-click > i-key #2 0 > press and hold the Enter key.

11. Filter Package
I am using it as a preset function, but the rename function does not work.
In other words, it is used to save a new one and delete the existing preset.
