Acid Pro 10 - Am I at the right Place? No sound from some 3rd p VSTs

Hi,

Hope this is the right help forum! So, I have had an issue with a handful of 3rd party VSTs' having no sound through the Acid DAW; PianoTeq and LABS, being 2 examples. Basically, there is no error on install and I can select the VST from the midi selection screen but when I use my midi input, no corresponding keys are activated on the plugin screen and no sound is output, Although interestingly the VU meter shows there is midi input from my keyboard, as the meter goes up and down. If I mouse click keys on the offending VST keyboard, they produce sound but its like these certain VSTs wont accept my midi keyboard inputs. Also, if I create or drop midi files in that VSTs channel, again, there is no sound from it. I have a few other VSTs, such as Dune 3 and Keyzone, which work fine, as do all stocks VSTs, Ive double checked all channel inputs are correct etc, even spoke with the VST support but cant find the problem. Any help would be massively appreciated, as this is stopping me buying new VSTs for fear they wont work with Acid.

Thanks

Lance
