Audio out of sync after render, but in sync on timeline

The title says it all. After I render my project, the audio is slightly out of sync with the video.

**IMPORTANT!** - INFORMATION REQUIRED TO HELP YOU
What formats, codecs and presets are you using to render? Can you post a short demo file on Dropbox, GoogleDrive, WeTransfer or elsewhere. Could also be the playback device or player app. Slow PCs (or internet speed) and can also affect A/V sync in streaming.
