Automatic fade transitions in Multicamera Edit

I've created a Multicamera Track and populated it with a series of events from three cameras. All the transitions defaulted to cuts. I'd like for them to be fades. Can I set up Vegas Pro 22 to automatically fade every transition when I do a Multicamera Edit?

If not, is there a way to change all the transitions in a track from cuts to fades? I know I can do each one manually, but there are over a hundred transitions in one 50-minute video and I've got several more, even longer, multicamera videos to create.

From the Help file:

TIP Holding the Ctrl key while choosing a take will create a crossfade instead of a cut, with the alignment and duration determined by the Cut-to-overlap conversion settings from the Editing tab of the Preferences dialog. For more information, see Editing Tab

@Al_Korzonas The TIP above is the way I do it. But I noticed that if I expand back to the original camera tracks without keeping the unused takes, it loses the fades but retains the overlaps. However, if I expand and use the "keep unused takes as muted events" option, it retains the fades but is more cluttered.

I will try it on my next Multicamera Edit and will tag solutions if it works. I'm still waiting for some video that goes into my next Multicamera Edit. Thanks!

P.S. @Howard-Vigorita What do you mean by "keep unused takes?" Do you mean the tracks that the Multicamera Edit came from (three in my case)? And by "keep" do you mean retain in the .veg file?

@Al_Korzonas It's the answer to the question Vegas asks if you select the multicam track and ask it to expand it back to the original camera tracks... I always do that so I can do particularized camera-track and event grading after choosing the angle cuts I want. Try it both ways, saving to unique project names, and you'll see the difference:
