Best Preset Manager & best WinRAR

01. Sony preset manager & mediafire preset manager - Which is better. Sony preset manager did not have the original logo of Sony. Is there any other best Preset Manager for adding free external plug-ins from other sources and also from BCC?

02. WinRAR or similar ones - Can I get free version of WinRAR or similar software which can work without any inabilities?, If not possible is there any WinRAR files opener with permanent licence? Please help.

Re WinRAR, their website provides you with their purchase options:

It looks to be purchase only.

If you are looking for a pirated 'free' version of WinRAR (or any other software for that matter), I doubt that you will find success on this forum.

OFX plugins bought from companies such as BorisFX and NBFX to name a couple work just fine in Vegas Pro 17 without the need for a preset manager.

+1 👍 7-zip can pretty much handle anything, including zip, rar, exe and cab. 7z files are generally more compact then rar. Rar generally decompresses a rar a little faster... which I understand is because rar gave git the code on the condition that they do not optimize it. Here's a good benchmark discussion:
