it would be great if you could make it work not only with bezier, so we can link motion tracking masks that were made by hand, btw is it possible?

You need VP16 build >=307

i have vp16..but i still dont understand how to add scripting.I watch youtube and it gave me link to this page. I try to figure out where the script in this page I couldn't find anything

You will find that script as a menu item in Tools->Scripting->Copy Motion Track to PiP.

But first you have to follow this instructions:

  • Create track motion on an event using Bézier mask FX.
  • Apply Picture-In-Picture FX to the event (from a different track) that you want to follow along with the motion on the original event.
  • Adjust location, scale and angle of PiP FX for a certain point in time.
  • Select both events (hold ctrl key)
  • Run script

i have no problem with the instruction.it just 'Copy Motion Track to PiP.' was not inside my scripting

@zhuge Which version of VP16 are you using? What is your build number? You need at least build 307.

 That script is now part of standard VP16 installation since Update 2 (build 307).
