It's a GPU accellerated transition, so maybe if it is possible in version 11 to switch off the GPU in and render again?

I have no idea what that is, but if you are suspecting a transition, try removing the transition temporarily. If the problem disappears, then you’ll know it was the transition that caused it. If, on the other hand, the problem persists, you’ll know it is caused by something else.

I'm not talking just about the transition, "S_DissolveShake" effect I used as Video FX,and also appeared black screen

Can you explain where this "transition" and/or effect comes from?

I do not rember to have seen this in Vegas Software since Sony Vegas Pro 8

I’m afraid the only way to find out if any of them is the culprit is by eliminating them one by one until the problem disappears, and the last one you eliminated is the cause of the problem. And if it still persists, then it’s not caused by any of them and you have to continue your detective work with whatever else is in your project.

Good. Now, did you try what I suggested? Temporarily remove the effects/transitions and see which one is the culprit?

That means none of the effects is causing it.

That I can’t tell, as I skipped 13 and upgraded from 12 straight to 14.

That said, if I recall correctly, v.11 was the last 32-bit version of Vegas, so unless you have 64-bit versions of whatever plug-ins you’re using, they will not work in 13.

Why are you rendering WMV? If it's for the web, try Sony AVC/MVC or MainConcept AVC/AAC.

What format is your video footage and how are you recording it? A MediaInfo report and Vegas file properties report would be useful to post: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

Some game-recording programs create video that causes problems in Vegas. So the problem might be the footage, not the transition. See this: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-why-won-t-vegas-open-my-file-correctly-codecs-converters-etc--104572/

Try use MP4 H.264 and see if that can help.

For more detailed info, we need to know what codec of AVI file does the Mirilis Action! records. Use MediaInfo to check the AVI file.

Action! files are known to cause problems in Vegas. See section 1 in this post, and section 6 if you want to convert your existing files. Section 10 has a link to MediaInfo instructions.

OBS Studio. The x264 files it produces work well in Vegas for me and others, and it's free. But I did read a comment on this forum a few months ago from a user who said it takes too many resources and interferes with game play.
