Bought upgrade from Edit to Pro, can't enable new features, no AI

Bought upgrade from Vegas 19 Edit to Pro, can't enable new features, no AI features avalable. The absolute worst technical support I have ever experienced. I have sent logs, screenshots detailed descriptions, the individual named Eric keeps directing me to pre-prepared instructionals which I indicated that I have followed several times. Asks questions that were answered in previous messages and is very little help. I bought the Edit to Pro upgrade to enable Colorization of black and white video ( the one thing Davinci won't do automatically). I followed the instructions in great detail. I emailed Vegas starting 5 weeks ago. They reply about every 3 days with preconstructed responses that don't apply. I have asked for my money back several times. I have sent them several SI logs and screenshots. I highly recommend avoiding this poorly thought out software. But I will accept any help.

Try closing Vegas, then delete these files:

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\svfx_plugin_cache.bin
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\FX Thumbnails\fx_thumbnail_cache.bin
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\plugin_manager_cache.bin

Then restart Vegas.

AI works with Edit. Go back to the installer and ensure the Deep Learning modules are selected.

Wow, you all are AMAZING! This is the first set of suggestions I have been offered since the initial install. Roger & j-V-, I have installed and uninstalled the deep learning modules twice, as with the entire program. I had edit, but got the Pro Uddate but have yet to get the updated AI enhancements ror any at all so far. I am so very appreciative to you! I will install try again. Ian- I will try this immediately.

When you have build 550 ( the last one) do a reset following precisely this:

Then, with not open Vegas, deïnstall and install again the deep learning models version 19.1.....

@petesidewalk Could you have a look at your log in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\svfx_video_grovel_x64.log? And look for "Loading MagixAiFx.ofx" or search for "FAILED TO LOAD MODULE" and paste your findings here.

Maybe the AI plugins do not load due to an incompatible library(tbb.dll). Do you have Catalyst Browse installed?

Sorry for the tardy reply. My spam box got this last message. After work I will get the log file and post. I do (or did) have Catalyst Browse installed. If I remember correctly it was from 2017 or so, it was the last free version, but I may not have my memory straight. Thanks Sebastian and everyone here who has taken time to help! It is strange, no matter what I try no AI/ML features ever appear on my panel for some reason. I realize I have strong sentiment for the customer support, but they haven't been supportive. I have used Vegas since Sony days and have bought Music Maker, Sound Forge and Movie Studio as well. I am shocked. Sorry for the rant.

If your computer specs are below these minimums, this could well be the explanation for AI not working.

I just built this system image earlier this week and, though I installed and used Vegas pro 19-636 for a couple small tasks, I had not used the Colorization fX. When I opened it this morning, it complained that it needed the AI Bundle to work. I went to my Magix Account and downloaded the Vegas 19 installation package and only installed the Vegas Deep Learning Models. 

I think I installed it when I installed Vegas Pro 19-636 the first time, but I have a saved system image so I could do it 38 times and it won't spoil my day.

I fixed the problem. I can't remeber exactly what I did, but I think I deleted \intel\Opencl SDK completely and the AI/ML features were populated. If I remeber, the files in that folder were from 2015, which were installed by Vegas 19. There is no Intel hardware in my computer. I appreciate your guys. The company support sent me a survey asking me to rate the service and I still think it is sorry. They never helped whatsoever and continued to throw curves misdirecting me from the real problem.
