Choose thumbnail for MP4

Vegas is automatically choosing a poor image as my MP4 thumbnail, how do I choose it instead?

The only Frame selection for a Thumbnail has been in Media Manager.

I am using Vegas 14 and I try to go to View/Media Manager but it says media manager is not installed. However, when I search the web for it, I cannot find a download of media manager for Vegas 14 specifically. The most recent I can find is for Vegas 8 through 11.

Windows 10 Anniversary edition broke it.

Media Manager is a database for cataloging your media assets. If you just want to change your thumbnails in the Project Media or Explorer windows then it won't help.
