Vegas pro 16 make any codec failed. I used V 21 trial but uninstalled and then this hppend. I am using it as administrator.

Reset didn't help.
I did copy sfvstserver.exe from PC which VP16 is working, so must be obviously KERNELBASE.dll causing this. But I don't know how fix this.
