convert DVB H264(video codec).mp4 (extension) compatible with vegas

i know some video tool in the past need quicktime . I really like editstudio from mediachance that have a mpeg licence for version 5 and not for v6 and mpeg clip that use quicktime.With the last windows 10 my old quiktime player don't launch even quiktime update don't support microsoft OS for many years. So any functionnalities turn around import export encoder /Decoder are gone and the only available Tool come from adobe and Microsoft with is new layer Media Foundation that ll replace DirectShow/graphedit.

any clue/step process to convert DVB video/Audio file encoding in mp4/dolby digital + to editable format/Extension in vegas ?

Maybe ffmpeg (see section 2 here) or a front end GUI for it such as XMedia Recode or ShanaEncoder. For ffmpeg command-line version, expect to have to do some research to find the right syntax for your conversion.
