The filters are for the side-chaining. For instance, using the (internal) HPF, a heavy kick drum or other low-end content (bass) does not trigger excessive gain reduction.

Some things but not that one. Still a bit unclear. I just want compression without filters

The filters (EQ) are not applied to the sound file and only would affect the gain reduction. If you do not want to filter the SC (Side Chain) input, set the SC EQ switch to the far left which is 'flat'.
