Try installing the latest AMD driver. If you had an AMD card before try a DDU uninstall followed by the new driver

So I tried installing AMD Adrenaline again, and that didn't do anything. Is there some other driver I need?

You might need to go into your motherboard bios to enable both pcie and internal graphics. It would be informative to look in Windows Control Panel, Device Manager, Display Adapters to see if Windows sees both of them.

Okay, so I checked the Display Adapters in the device manager, and it looks like it's only detecting my graphics card. But in Vegas, the GPU Acceleration Optimal is the AMD gfx 1080. I have no clue what that could be.
