I just finished my video editing with VEGAS PRO 17.0 and a lot of things don't satisfy me.
My equipment:
Shooting and photography with the OLYMPUS TG6 with housing and headlight for underwater shots.
Software: VEGAS PRO 17.0 (build 284)
My PC: LENOVO G70-70 Processor: i7-4510U CPU @2.00GHz 2.60 GHz RAM: 8 GB Operating system type: 64-bit.
The PC manages to make short edits with some effects in 1080P, 4K video not possible.
Viewing the final rendering on SAMSUNG UE50J5100 TV
With my glasses there are lots of defects that I don't necessarily see without my glasses.
1- Image quality, with a lot of grain in the image.
My video parameters :
My videos are taken in 1080 P 60fps, my PC is not powerful enough to edit 4k videos
My photos parameters :
I proceed as follows: First I create a movie per day, I try to reprocess the image (I'll come back to that later) and I generally remove the sound from each track. Then I edit the reprocessed films together with other transitions and the final music.
If I edit all my rushes at once, my PC crashes because there are too many effects to manage.
For the renderings of all my films, I use the following criteria :
QUESTION #1: The final result is not great, there is a lot of grain in the image in my opinion. How do I change the rendering settings so that I keep the initial rushes settings? And therefore have no loss of video quality between the source rush and the final rendering?
2- Image may be too saturated.
To reprocess my underwater shots I only use this option:
This filter is quite simple in my opinion. I can't use any other filters.
QUESTION No. 2: After viewing the final rendering on the SAMSUNG UE50J5100 TV, do I find the colors a little too saturated? Don't you think? How do you recommend improving colors and contrasts?
3 - there is still white on the title outline :
I use the solution by @3POINT (https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/help-for-transition-et-transparent-text--147873/#ca929877) but the white color is stile on the title outline at the start of the transition.
How to remove it??
