How do I match exposure/contrast/colors inside with outside Vegas 15?

Hi there,

To my surprise I noticed that a particular shot (a jpg picture of a small bottle with a white top against a not-so-white background I used) from a video that looks normal in the preview inside Vegas 15 looks totally overexposed in the rendered video when I play it in Powerdvd. I also get the same result when I upload that video to youtube. The rest of the video, shots from my GH4/GH5 look pretty much the same inside and outside Vegas. Is there an explaination for this and how can I avoid this?

I rendered this one in Magix AVC/AAC MP4, but also tested Sony AVC with the same result. During rendering the preview window is showing the same result as the preview window, so it looks fine. So only the real result looks overexposed.
