How to get rig of stutter in preview?

Hi Guys,
My computer specs are as follows:

Core i7-6700
16 GB RAM
SSD Drive (for OS and Sony Vegas Pro is also installed on it, all source files for SVP are on the SSD as well)
GTX 745 graphic card

Now when I do preview and have 5 or 6 video tracks working together specially text and Protype Titler  the video starts to stutter. I have done to following things so far:

1) Disable Resample in properties
2) Matches the preview FPS to source file FPS.
3) In preview quality I am use Preview => Half (Not even trying Good or Best lol)
4) Sometimes I build dynamic RAM for a particular section if above don't work but my RAM usage goes up to 80-90% doing that. 5) I've chosen 8GB max for Dynamic Ram Preview
6) GPU acceleration of video processing is set to graphic card (GTX 745)
7) Max number of rendering threads 8 ( Default was 16, but my processor has 4 cores and 8 threads).

Now If I buy a better graphic card like GTX 1070, will that help?
End results are fine but previews are choppy.
Any other tips from the experts?

Thanks

There's a pretty comprehensive post here about things you can do to improve preview smoothness, although it looks like you've tried a few of them already: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-make-my-video-preview-play-smoothly-in-vegas-pro--104624/

One other thing... What Nvidia driver version are you using for your GTX 745? You may have success with version 368.69 (see comment here from Magix staff).

I would recommend AMD. See this post and the specific suggestions in section 1b: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-graphics-cards-gpu-acceleration-for-vegas-pro--104614/
