How to make playback fill entire display?

I am running Vegas Pro 14 on Windows 7 Pro [EDIT: Win 10], x64. I am missing the option to playback video on an external monitor (see attached image). This used to work, but I do not know why it disappeared.

Under Preview Device Prefs, in the Device dropdown menu, my two display monitors do not appear (?). The only device options are something called "AJA Video Device" and "Blackmagic Design Decklink" but those are not my devices.

How can I select either of my display monitors to playback full screen video? By "full screen" I mean fill the entire display.

Search the known issues thread and you'll find a reference to Windows 7 requiring .NET Framework 4.6.2, and links to 4 threads about that. So you might be able to solve this by installing that. It's possible by now that a later version of .NET Framework (4.7?) would also provide the same fix, but I don't know.

If that doesn't help then try some older or new drivers for your graphics card.

Thanks. Sorry, I typed the wrong OS. Am in Win 10.

I figured out the artifacts issue is fixed by switching the Profile to Main instead of High.
