I am using a free trial. I got the email with the code and typed that code in. When I press 'test program', it shows the program loading. However, it never starts even if the loading is done. There is nothing. Please help me

+ when I exit the program since it doesn't start, it says that I got no license. I don't understand this since I already did everything to start the free trial
