Is there a DELOGO plugin or something like that?

Actually, I am using AVIDEMUX to de logo some videos, of course, NON-copyright ones. Is there some way or plugin for Vegas to avoid 2 times rendering? Thanks

@formingus

Have you seen John Meyer's tutorial on this? I used it when I got condensation on my sensor some years ago.

@formingus Hi, can you share a sample of the media?

The delogo approach used in the Virtualdub video can be done fairly easily within Vegas Pro - but it really only works with a static frame with not much movement in the selected area - a static image within a moving video will likely stand out like a sore thumb - and logos do tend to be sizeable these days. In the video event on VP's timeline, snapshot a selected frame and then in an image editor blur/replace/etc the offending area with what you want, save and then import the the image into Vegas Pro and place it on a track under the original video event. In the original video event on the upper track, use masking in pan/crop to mask the 'offending' area - and you'll likely need to turn the masking setting 'negative' so that the bottom track is revealed.

For many years, I've used NBFX's Cut Away VFX as it allows a chosen area of a video image to be replaced by a nearby area from the same video event - and the replacement image is a moving image, not a still frame. But, it's very tricky to make the effect imperceptible.

I'm a bit confused (nothing unusual there) - that video shows adjusting settings but doesn't actually show the result of adjusting those settings. Just trying it in Vegas Pro 19, it just adjustably blurs the selected range. Of course, that might be exactly what the OP is looking for - to blur the logo rather than replace it.

Use VEGAS Min and Max to do it:

Hi, I TAG this as a solution but still didn't try it. Hope it will work in my case same as in yours coz the one member replayed that didn't work in his case. Anyway thanks for your help and effort in making a video to help. Regards

There's BCC Remover if you have BCC, has a lot of options, In that example you show clone would have worked well, but so does the auto fill from edges as you used. Interestingly I was going to recommend you don't use BCC Remover because it's too slow, but I hadn't tried it in Vegas, only Resolve. 17fps in Resolve, 100fps Vegas. Weird

I saw this obnoxious watermark on a low quality video. Wondered if Mocha Pro remove would work or not possible to track. Not perfect, but worked better than a traditional delogo app
