is this a bug too? Or is it my problem? Vegas Pro 19 (381) Color grad

yoo-changyun wrote on 10/14/2021, 10:08 PM

I'd like to know if this is a bug or an issue I'm experiencing. Symptoms after update to Vegas 19 381, same problem with any clip, it has nothing to do with the codec...
The same is true for images. If you press the color grading button and click the curve to adjust, there is a significant delay for a few seconds like in the video. And if I wait, the problem goes away, but when I open the color grading panel again the same problem occurs, but it works fine in Vegas Pro 18. Only problem with Vegas 19. The graphics card rtx 2060 is the latest driver, but I want to know if this is a bug or my problem.

I don't have that problem.

I'm the only one with this problem...
I don't know the cause..
I've tried reinstalling it, but it doesn't work

@yoo-changyun - Very frustrating indeed. OK when I read of a User having “control” issues within one of the Panels, I ask if their Microsoft .NET FRAMEWORK Utility is up to date. Check yours is?

yoo-changyun wrote on 10/15/2021, 1:08 AM

is already up to date

Grazie wrote on 10/15/2021, 1:25 AM

OK.

Check Driver updates for your RTX2060. Uncheck GPU Acceleration.

yoo-changyun wrote on 10/15/2021, 1:57 AM

Tried everything to run Vegas reset and reinstall. but the problem is the same

Also, it is a super new driver for rtx2060, and the symptoms are the same whether the gpu acceleration is turned on or off.

What's the media? That is probably the difference. https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

Can you share a screenshot of file i/o?

I found that you have to be incredibly accurate where you place the mouse curser tip to get the movement point to appear.

(Intel 3rd gen i5@4.1GHz, 32GB RAM, SSD, 1080Ti GPU, Windows 10) Not now used with Vegas.

13th gen i913900K - water cooled, 96GB RAM, 4TB M2 drive, 4TB games SSD, 2TB video SSD, GPU RTX 4080 Super, Windows 11 pro

yoo-changyun wrote on 10/15/2021, 4:27 AM

This bug stops when you click once at any point regardless of where the mouse cursor moves.

Have you a hard wired Mouse or Bluetooth?

The reason I didn't write the media info info is that all media, regardless of format, have the same problem and it happens with photo images too.

전자제품가?

I'm also suspicious of that part, so I tested it. I'm using a wireless mouse and I'm using a wired controller called Tourbox. But it works fine in Vegas 18 and only happens in Vegas 19 It's the same even if I remove the wireless wired mouse I don't know the cause.. .

Very strange. I haven't had this issue or heard of others who had it.

Try downgrade the Built version see if prob still persist, I think you can find the previous VP19 built at news section:
