When going to the AudioFX menu, All I see is "Wave Hammer Surround", and my third-party plugins, I went to the VEGAS menu, and I still only see Wave Hammer Surround. Is there any way to fix this?

Seasons Greetings @shane-w. in the "Options> Preferences> VST Effects" try 'Refresh'. If other VSTs are not in as a VST search folders they would not be listed either.
I am not sure about the Direct X plugs (which includes Wave Hammer) except to delete the DX grovel file (in a AppData system folder as I recall)
@shane-w Had that problem myself with vp21 build 208 after doing a roll-back. The cure was to uninstall b208 and delete the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64
All was well again after reinstall. I'm saving a spare copy of that folder in case it ever happens again.
