@Liquidfusion if you know of one, post it! This is a user contributed post. Titling software is listed. proDAD, Boris FX, and NewBlue FX all have titling software.

@Liquidfusion Sapphire is an award-winning plug-in and very expensive. I suggest you take a look at Continuum. Continuum also contains a powerful Title Studio.

Dual Heights Software : Genifect. Can be used to make pseudo-3D titles. (commercial)
and
QuickTime or QT Lite. Used to help Vegas import mov files. (free)
VoukoderPro. Use FFmpeg as the rendering plugin of Vegas without FrameServer. (free)
