Movie Studio Platinum Keeps Crashing at the Same Spot During Rendering

MH445 wrote on 7/10/2019, 10:22 PM

I have Movie Studio Platinum 16 and I'm trying to render a 19 minute video. It keeps crashing at frame 5,442 and I checked to see if I had missed any Video FX or extra junk, but nothing. I turned off GPU Acceleration, nothing. Nothing I have tried works. I'm trying to render the video to MP4.

PC Specs:
Windows 10

GPU: GTX 1080 Ti

CPU: i7-7700k

Storage: Samsung 860 EVO

This is the information it gives me after I close it in Task Manager.

So trim that frame and rerender

I cut 2 frames, and it stopped at 5,440.

So?? seems there is a problem with that clip. is it smartphone VFR ?

if you can't replace it, you can re-encode it in other software like XMedia Recode and put it again.
