When going to tools and enabling multicamera editing and edit multicamera audio with video i no longer get the multi screens up in the top right to choose from. There were other issues at first with jumpy video and audio but were fixed by someone familiar with the system. I dont want to keep bothering him
I had to use my phone to take the picture because screenshots wouldn't get the drop-down in tools for multi-camera check boxes. I have another screenshot I included of errors that pop up when I try to open from the program. it says it Can't find or open certain files. I can only open the file from where it is saved on the desktop. Not from the program. Support suggested I reset mt my software by holding cntrl-shift at the same time as double-clicking the icon and then deleting the cache, but I don't see that option. Screenshot included.
I spoke too soon. I didn’t notice that all the tracks were collapsed, and I haven’t begun to edit/mix yet. Not only that but what is supposed to multi angles on the top right have duplicate angles. Sometimes it just freezes up and I have to end tasks to get out of it. I think there are a lot of things wrong. Should I uninstall and reinstall?
Anybody out there? Tech support won't get back to me either. I can't move forward.

@jay-o No one will be able to help you without detailed info on your footage, system, and settings. As described in the Read Me First post.
Fwiw, I do mostly multicam concerts myself but never audio tracks within the multicam track... I record audio separately with a flash recorder and keep all on for the duration so I can sync everything in post before the multicam cuts. I also finalize my audio mix immediately after syncing everything and before doing the camera cuts. That way I can ditch all the camera audio tracks and end up with 2 tracks to work with in multicam mode: the multicam (video only) track and the audio mixdown on track #2. Works for me.
