The team working on VEGAS Hub is investigating this right now and it is their top priority, however we have not discovered the actual cause of this issue yet. Since this issue likely is a server-side problem, once we have a fix, it will be rolled out immediately.
Issues have come from outta nowhere downloading video clips from Vegas Hub. Was working 7/14/23 part of the day just fine. And later that day into today, there is just one video clip download made successfully with a complete login and logout from Vegas Hub. I wrote Technical Support and no answer yet. The joy of creating is at a standstill : ( . Sounds like the same/similar problem that is in the thread here with audio.
